script i cannot see
there is someone
to direct the scenes

are rehearsing lines
til the moment

been behind the scenes
until it's time for tea
their brick oven is awaiting
the kettle's whistling with glee
the hatter, hare and dormouse,
are settling in for tea
what's for dinner ?
cry the threesome
as we'll be hungry after tea
our old lost friend
will soon be here as
we've invited him for tea
yes, we shall surely see
what's for dinner after tea
